Crown Property Cleaning Builders Clean

General Cleaner

Crown Property Cleaning is looking for a full-time general cleaner to join the team.

  • £12.50 per hour
  • Flexible Hours
  • Self-employed
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Must live in Surrey
  • UK Driving license preferred
  • Must be able to travel to sites
  • Minimum 3 Years experience
A successful candidate must:
  • Take pride in their work.
  • Have a tidy appearance and good interpersonal skills as you may be required to work in occupied properties.
  • Be Honest, Hardworking and Punctual.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and sanitary
  • Follow established cleaning procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs or potential safety hazards
  • Use and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect client information
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times
  • Previous experience in commercial and/or domestic cleaning or janitorial work
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
